These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FrameDrop mobile app, desktop client, and website (together, "FrameDrop" or "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using FrameDrop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FrameDrop for its intended purpose: streaming your device's camera to your PC. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the app without our written permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FrameDrop lawfully and responsibly. You will not:
- Use the app to capture, stream, or distribute content you do not have the right to, or that is illegal, harmful, or infringing.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems.
- Use the app in any way that violates the rights of others or applicable laws.
4. Your Content
FrameDrop streams your camera feed directly between your own devices. You retain all rights to your video and audio, and you are solely responsible for what you capture and how you use it. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not record, store, or access your feed.
5. Intellectual Property
FrameDrop, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
FrameDrop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of or inability to use FrameDrop.
8. Termination
You may stop using FrameDrop at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or any part of it, at any time without notice. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
